TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE
All reservations for Lake Bywater Cottage (the Business) require an understanding and acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:

Maximum occupancy of 11 guests. This includes day visitors unless discussed prior to your stay.

Schoolies, parties and events exceeding the total number of guests booked are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Cottage or rumpus room. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please remove all litter and do not place cigarette butts in bins unless fully extinguished.

No trespassing on to neighbouring properties.

Guests must park in the designated parking areas. Vehicles are not permitted on the lawned areas.

Fires are permitted in the fire pit only and are subject to CFS regulations including Fire Danger Season dates. All fires must be extinguished when unattended.

Tents, campers and caravans are NOT permitted.

Pets by negotiation and an extra cost may be applied. If you wish to bring pets onsite, you will be required to read, understand and agree to our Pet Policy and complete a Pet Application Form.

Houseboats can be moored at the property by request. Please include this on your booking request.

Boats must be launched away from the property. The nearest boat ramp is next to the Walker Flat ferry.

For security reasons, please ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked with lights, air-conditioning/heating units switched off.

Occupancy is on the basis of leaving the premises as it was found - in a clean and tidy state.

All breakages and damages must be reported and paid for. Costs for damage and repairs will be deducted from the Security Bond.

All rubbish is to be placed in the relevant Council bin and, upon departure, the bin should be placed on the road, opposite the Cottage driveway.
Furthermore all guests including parents and legal guardians of minors, agree to abide by the Booking Agreement and Water Activity Indemnity Waiver relating to water activities and equipment use.
