GENERAL INFORMATION

• The property runs on rain water which is suitable for drinking, cooking and bathing

• Walker Flat General Store is located next to the Cottage and has petrol/premium/diesel, groceries, take away food, other sundries and a liquor store

• Boats can be launched at the boat ramp near Walker Flat ferry with fuel available from Walker Flat Riverfront Store (next to ferry) or Walker Flat General Store

• Guests are required to supply food, beverages, toiletries, eskies, etc.

• The property has good mobile phone coverage with Telstra. Optus coverage is limited in some spots.

Please note: the property is of historic nature therefore there are several artifacts, trinkets and other décor objects both inside and outside of the Cottage. For this reason, guests with young children are asked to be mindful of these objects. We also ask that guests refrain from moving or climbing on the wagon wheels located around the property for safety reasons. Thank you.
