PROPERTY RATES

The rates apply from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026
 

  • All rates are based on bookings for up to 6 guests.

  • Standard rates apply to all guests. We do not have discounted rates for children.

  • Additional guests (up to the maximum of 10 guests) will be charged at $20 per person per night regardless of the season or age.

  • Cleaning & Linen Fee:  $150 per stay

Low-Season (June, July and August)

$295 per night for up to 6 guests. MINIMUM 2 night stay.

 

Mid-Season (April, May, September, October, November)

$350 per night for up to 6 guests. MINIMUM 2 night stay.

 

Peak-Season (December, January, February, March)

$395 per night for up to 6 guests. MINIMUM 2 night stay.

 

Long Weekend - June

$350 per night for up to 6 guests. MINIMUM 3 night stay.

 

Long Weekend - All Others

$450 per night for up to 6 guests. MINIMUM 3 night stay.

Easter

$495 per night for up to 6 guests. MINIMUM 4 night stay.

 

Christmas/New Year

$495 per night for up to 6 guests. MINIMUM 5 night stay.

Rates apply for the period 20-31 December inclusive.

Deposits and Balance Payments

Upon confirmation you will receive an invoice for the deposit of 20% of the total cost, to be paid within 7 days of the invoice date. The balance of the booking cost plus the Security Bond will be due at least 30 days prior to check in. If the booking deposit is not paid within 7 days or the final payment is not received at least 30 days prior to check-in, this may result in your booking being cancelled.

Security Bond Required for All Bookings

A Security Bond of $450 is payable on all bookings, via bank transfer, and due a minimum of 30 days prior to check in. The Security Bond will be refunded to you by bank transfer after the exit date and upon satisfactory exit inspection of the property. We do not accept credit card security payments. You will be asked to provide your bank details on the Booking Request Form.

14-Day Cancellation Policy (excludes Easter, Christmas and New Year)

If you wish to cancel your booking, you are required to provide at least 14 days written notice to be entitled to a full refund. Easter, Christmas or New Year booking cancellations require a minimum of 30 days written notice. Deposits will not be refunded if cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in. If you cancel your booking in writing within 14 days of check-in, your deposit will not be refunded.* If you do not check-in and have not attempted to cancel your booking, you will not be entitled to a refund of any monies paid.* Bookings are transferrable upon prior arrangement. Requests must be made in writing.

 

*If there are extenuating circumstances for late cancellations or no-show, and you can provide evidence of such, a refund may be granted. Refunds are at the discretion of management.
